I am fairly satisfied with this purchase. I am happy enough with it to not try to deal with the hassle of product returns. However, since the request for a review came up, I do feel compelled to be honest regarding the quality of the stone. Amethyst is my favorite gemstone, but the amethyst in the ring I received is so PALE that it looks like rose quartz rather than true amethyst. It's not even lavender, it's actually pink in tone. The only reason I didn't return it, was that I showed it to a few friends of mine, and they were so enchanted by the design and make of the ring that they hardly noticed the discrepancy. They thought it was very pretty in spite of the color, so I ignored my first inclination and kept it. I like to wear it every now and then. It's a good way to dress up an outfit.

I recieved this ring as a promise ring from my boyfriend and I love it! It's more beautiful than it is shown here although the color is much, much lighter. Either way, I still love it and it was much more than I expected.

the ring is pretty however it is a lavender color not as purple as shown in the picture.but i still like it.

as you may have known, amethyst has a light purple color, not as vivid as the picture shows. so keep that in mind. a nice ring, at a nice price, but the stones get smeared pretty easily.

I bought this ring for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. It is very pretty, but the color is VERY light (I was expecting a deeper, rosy color),and the diamond is extremely small. However, the workmanship is good, and the butterfly ring looks very sweet on her. She likes it too.
