The item was as described. The diamond I received was a champaign color. I looked at it under a magnifying glass and saw no black spots or cloudiness. But don't let the picture deceive you, it won't sparkle as brilliantly as a colorless diamond. But if you want a larger diamond under $100, this is the best deal I've found. I looked at many diamonds at the stores, that cost a lot more, but were either cloudy or had black specks. The best part about the order was that I ordered it on a Monday (via regular shipping) and received it by Thursday! I got this as birthday gift for my girlfriend. Hopefully she will like it!!! If not Amazon has a good return policy.

Bad quality diamond, but I guess you get what you pay for. Try to get the earrings that go with it instead. That way if the necklace stone is dark, the rest can offset it.

I received the necklace right on time. It came nicely in 2 boxes (one with a lid and the second containing it with a hinge) it was abit small, but hey its .25ct. All in all I am very happy with it and gave it 4 stars (only for the size).

I gave this to my girlfriend for a Birthday present and the reaction I got was amazing, It took a full 5 minutes before she said "OH MY GOD". The stone was absolutely stunning. It had a shine to it that was just brilliant. She couldn't have been happier. It made her day and brought her to tears. Thank you Amazon for making her special day even more special and making it look like I had spent a million dollars (our little secret though).

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my now 84 year old grandmother. She lives in a nursing home so I didn't want to buy anything really expensive that she couldn't keep with her. A lot of things get lost in a nursing home, genuinely lost, so she doesn't have any of her real jewelry with her To be able to give her this and let her keep it with her, meant a lot.

br /My grandmother was so happy with the gift. She was very impressed when she held it up to the sunlight and could see it sparkle. Her face lit up in a smile when I told her she could keep it with her. I bought a 24 inch chain for it that was more secure so she can pick it up and look at it whenever she wants and I don't have to worry about it snapping off. The included necklace, an 18 inch chain, when on, is almost impossible to see because it is so tiny. It is extremely fragile and not likely to last very long.

br /The first diamond that arrived was of very low quality, almost a murky brown. I notified Amazon and the next day I had a clear sparkly diamond of much higher quality than I would have guessed when I ordered it as a Lightning Deal. Thanks again, Amazon!
